About this Host

Uzma Sharif grew up in a world ruled by pastries and chocolates. A third-generation chef, she learned many of her skills from her grandfather, a pastry master in Pakistan. Uzma worked as the head pastry chef at Puck’s Café before opening her own chocolate studio in Pilsen.

Her chocolates are small-batch confections and include ingredients from California, Madagascar, Italy, and Australia, to name only a few. In addition to managing her Pilsen storefront, you’ll also find Uzma instructing students in the art of chocolate at Triton College.
